Only for M/B’s that has 2 (or 3) x 64-bit PCI slots in
positions B, C, and D.

If your M/B does
NOT have a 64-bit PCI slot in position B, but it does in position C, then you
may need to use a 1U 64-bit Riser Card with Ribbon Cable. In that case, you
have only one 64-bit slot to use.
